CNC North History

CNC North was established in 2005 in Claremont, NH, for the purpose of designing and building new grinding equipment for the bearing, automotive, military, and aerospace manufacturing markets.

Formed after the closure of the storied Bryant Grinder Company in nearby Springfield, VT, CNC North is also an industry leader in mechanical rebuild solutions and enhancements for Bryant and other grinding equipment. Spare parts, spindles, and improved accessories are also a part of the business.

CNC North is lead by both Patrick Harrington, former Vice President of Engineering at Bryant Grinder, and Robert Hawkins, former Engineering Manager – Mechanical at Bryant Grinder. Together with other staff, CNC North has over sixty-five years of Bryant Grinder engineering experience.

Additional skilled engineers and personnel, to support controlled growth, and based on customer needs, have enhanced our manufacturing engineering capability to include in-machine and Fanuc robotic automation.
